I've never used this type of treatment before but my husband raved about it. So I got this to try and it's awesome. It has a gentle warming and is providing relief after one session. But this brand especially is really awesome!!! It's an incredible quality made from great materials. The light pad itself is well made as well as the display/controller. It's not cheap plastic. It comes with a really nice bag to store it in and an extra strap to lengthen the strap on the pad. Just an excellent product all the way around. I rarely write reviews but this is so nice I thought I just had to review it!

I've had this red light device for a little over a year now and I wanted to write a review about how it's been going. I have gotten to the point where I'm using it almost everyday. I have a lower back injury and there's a lot of inflammation in that area that causes me pain. I use this device under my lower back for about 30 minutes a day to keep the inflammation down. When my muscles feel stiff and my nerves feel inflamed this is my go-to treatment of choice after ice. In fact I alternate it with ice. It does produce a good amount of heat but isn't really a heating pad. It's a heat that penetrates deep down into muscles as opposed to just being warm on the skin. So it's not super hot on the skin but I can feel deep relief in my muscles and I can feel the inflammation subsiding when I use it. I have gone so far as to wrap this around the back of my head when I have bad headaches and it actually helps with that too but I mostly use it on my lower back. I would say it's pretty durable because I've been using it regularly for over a year and it's held up really well. It's easy to set up and use and when using the strap it has a good amount of stability. I would definitely recommend this one.

I ordered this ALLOLO Red Light and Infrared Light Therapy Pad mostly for my husband, who was experiencing increased pain in his knee, and the over-the-counter pain relievers he was taking weren't lasting long enough. I did check trusted online medical reviews before buying it, and since the price was close to a couple of bottles of brand name naproxen, I thought it was worth a try. The device is lightweight, easily adjustable, and has a long cord, so it can be used just about anywhere in our house. My guy uses it while sitting at his drawing/computer table, and it's so comfortable that he barely notices it until the timer stops. It has 660nm red light and 850nm infrared light settings that can be used separately, but he uses both for the best results. He's down to one 30-minute session 2-3 times a week, and has experienced relief that lasts longer than the OTC medications, so I've started using it for my arthritic knees too. I was pleasantly surprised to find how easy this device is to use--the velcro strap adjusts well for both of us because it's very nicely designed to be flexible for both of our knees, which are quite different in size (he's 6'2", I'm 5'1" and weigh at least 80 lbs. less). After my first 30-minute session, my knee felt better just from the gentle heat, but the pain improved so gradually, I almost didn't notice it until bedtime. I'm currently using both light sources once every other day, and am now trying it on my other knee, since it took a beating from going on an extended shopping trip with my nieces recently. Overall, I believe this red/infrared light therapy pad is good quality and a great value, and recommend it for anyone who has moderate body pain.

I've never had one of these before so admittedly I didn't know what to look for. I knew I wanted adequate coverage for what I would use it for (my back and knees mainly), and I wanted a little heat and maybe a bit of vibration, although that feature wasn't top of my list. This came in a box already installed so I didn't need to figure out how to use it, it was easy, I just plugged it into the outlet and it was good to go. It's lightweight and comfortable, a plus for the velcro strap to keep it in place. I've been using this for a couple of months on a regular basis and moved on to every day use. It's durable and hasn't cracked, torn, or been weird on me- and I've pulled and pulled on the strap to tighten it. It's little remote has several settings, but I normally keep it on a 3 (which seemed to be the standard setting) and sometimes I use a 4 when I'm in pain. You can also program how long you'd like to use it for. I use it for around 30min because the heat feels so good that the 20min I started with doesn't seem to be long enough. It works well on everything; I've used it on my forearm when my carpal tunnel began to flare up again, I've used it on my shoulder, my back, and my knees. It has adequate coverage for me to cover both knees at the same time. I like that I also get some heat while using it- although it's not supposed to function as a heating pad. When I'm done using it I have more mobility. It feels like it penetrates to my muscles and I get some pain relief. It's great for my self care routine and I love it

I really feel like it helps with my pain level. Easy to turn on, screen is easy to read and has an auto-off. The Velcro keeps it stable and doesn’t get too hot despite how many lights the band has.

This red light pad saves me almost every night for hip and leg pain. I bought it for a trip to Italy because it is USB and I was afraid I would need some heat source for pain, and I really wanted the red light for healing. It is light easy to pack and I have used it almost every day for 6 months. It gets just warm enough and is soothing that the pain stops for hours!

This little red light wrap is great! It is portable and works well on the back, neck, shoulder, basically all over. I even successfully use it on my dog who has had a recent back injury! It's soothing warm light really does help reduce pain and inflammation. It doesn't get too hot even on the highest setting. I like that it is small enough to throw in a back and take with me wherever I go. And the price is very affordable! If you're on the fence, just give it a try!

I received this today because I've been having a lot of issues with an SI joint in my hip. The pain was so bad I considered going to the emergency room. I wasn't sure that this would work because it's not from a doctors office however, after one use my pain is 50% gone. I do not know how this works, but it does work. I normally do not write a lot of reviews, but I had to say something because this is made such a huge improvement for me. If you're considering getting this, I highly recommend that you do. You have nothing to lose if you don't like it just return it. I was in tears last night because I was in so much pain and now I'm in tears because I feel so much relief. I know my relief is not coming from the warming of the pad because I have been trying a heating pad with no luck. There is something to this red light therapy that does work. I have said it on the pulse mode, which is supposed to go the deepest and now I'm using it on all areas of my back and neck that are also sore from me limping around because of my hip pain. Please give this a shot. You have nothing to lose. You can't beat it for the price either. This is going to help me get through until I can get to the pain management center. I can now walk around bend over sit down stand up where is before I could hardly do anything but cry in pain.

Delightfully surprised by how well this works, comparables to the infared muscle treatments i have been gettin in my Dr's office. Size is good, flexible, can use on my back or neck. Good product would recommend to friends and family.

I can't believe how well this worked for my knee. I had gone to the emergency room, a specialist, had an ultrasound, xray, and nothing. Someone told me about red light and I thought what the heck! So I tried it and it worked!! This was the perfect price to give it a try. Since it worked on my knee, my husband tried it on his head for a migraine. It worked for him. We can't believe it

It's been a little over a year since l purchased this product and I feel like I can finally review it confidently. I purchased this after my dog hurt her back. She was diagnosed with IVDD but we were told we could do conservative at home care for her and if things got worse we may need to consider a surgery. So we spent the past year providing at home therapy for her. When she was first diagnosed, she was paralyzed in her back legs. Once inflammation went down, we proceeded with daily leg and back stretches for her, keeping her from jumping on or off furniture and the final piece was THIS item. My baby is walking totally independently. She has her wobbly days and when she does, we do a stretch, and put her red light belt on her back. She is unbothered by this product. I loosely secure the Velcro strap that keeps it on and she naps during her red light session. I think she enjoys it as the light provides a little warmth. I know this wasn't advertised or pitched as an item that can be used for dogs, but we took a chance on it and felt this was a huge part of the success of our dogs healing. I'm not making claims that this is "safe" for dogs, I'm simply just sharing our experience and perhaps it can help someone else.

It's legit, checked it with a spectrometer, it does emit red and near infrared light as it claims. There is a little bit of ultraviolet in the spectrometer readout but nothing too concerning. For the price and the fact that it emits red light as it says, I'd consider it worth a try. As to all the health benefits that it claims you will get from using it, I can't really speak to those. Ive had it for only a few days if I notice any real health benefits I will edit my review.

I've been using the Allolo Red Light for about 9 months, most recently for a knee injury from a bad fall, and it is amazing. I cannot bend my knee in the morning and use it for 30 minutes on level 3 and what a difference. I also alternate with ice but the heat is so much more comfortable. I use it morning and night. Highly recommend

This is a wonderful red light therapy belt. It helps my hip.pain . Been using it for 2 months now. Kinda small so I am going to get rhe bigger size. This was for trial purposes to see if it really helps or not.

Ordered the red light for help with healing after surgery. Works great. Now use it for a variety of areas. Amazing that it helps so much.

My knees & thighs ache & effects my walking. Using this nightly really helps with the inflammation & pain. I do this when I'm settled for the evening while watching tv. I would highly recommend this product & I feel the difference when I don't.

So impressed with this light wrap. I purchased it because I pulled something in my back working out and within in 24 hours I was back to working out instead of sidelined for my typical 3-4 days. My son had whiplash in his neck and couldn't move to one side, immediately used this and he noticed instant relief. Let my Mom use it when she pulled her back while visiting, and she was better and able to move around by the afternoon and better the next day. She couldn't believe it! For muscle pain/strain it works great and helps alleviate pain quickly. For deeper tendinitis type pain, it helps but doesn't alleviate pain for me. I use a large red light panel about 5 days a week, but this little wrap is my go to for muscle pain and strain. So impressed!

I truly believe this does great. I had bad scar tissue in my arms from getting allergy shots for a few years in the same spot, and after a few weeks or so of using my scar tissue has cleared up tremendously. As for pain treatment I am still not sure how much it helps.

I love this! There's a lot of hype about red light therapy and I wasn't sure if it was legit so I found this one and thought you know it's a good price. I'll just try it even if it doesn't work. We've been using it for I think a couple of months now and here's what it does.. it provides immediate relief to anywhere. I put it. The relief doesn't last for days but it is incredible. My husband used it on his chest with a very very bad cough and the next morning it was gone and I've been using it for cramps and that's got to be the only reason they have been almost gone existent this time around.

Arrived today and currently trying for the first time. This item is beautifully packaged; everything arrived in a sturdy box that could be used for storage. There was a nice bag included so I'll be using that. One reason I chose this item was option for using a usb plug. Unfortunately, the usb outlet in my chair isn't powerful enough for this. (Keep in mind, this is not rechargeable. That's another reason I chose it. Tried a rechargeable from a different brand and it broke after the 2nd use)I've tried all modes and functions, all seem to be working as they should. Hopefully this will relieve my carpal tunnel symptoms.

I bought this because I wanted to try out a red light device that wasn't expensive, and I'm happy with my purchase. The unit was packaged very well, ever component had a dedicated spot, and the instructions were clear. The controler have a power button that also controls the different light modes, a light intensity rocker switch, and the timer rocker switch. I ran a 30 minute cycle on my knee, both LED wavelengths on, and was happy with the results. My knee felt a slightly warmer after about 5 minutes, but the light pad was cool to the touch, but that might be a different experience from other users. The unit was comfortable for the whole cycle, and just turned off when the time counted down to 0. The light can be pretty intense, bright enough were I needed to cover the edge of the pad with a dark blanket to block leaking light. I'm very happy with the unit, it was affordable, and I plan on using it again. Key points: Well packaged Sturdy and well bilt Fit well and has an extension strap for larger areas No battery to fail

Very good product. Still working after one year

I have ordered two of these, 5 months apart. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing these are. I had stem cells in my right knee a few years ago which is when I was first introduced to your products at the advice of my Dr. When my knees feel "tired" or just not healthy I use this a lot, other times just when I am sitting still for a bit. I was to have a hernia operated on and thought that if this worked for my knees, maybe it would also work for my hernia. Years later, and hernia is still where it belongs---no surgery needed…..for me.

Super product! Ortho md suggested for an ankle injury to expedite healing. This thing is amazing. I now take it on all our travels just in case something starts to hurt. I've used it on my ankle, hip, lower back and shoulder. Significant pain relief, durable, well made.

Very effective in about 15 minutes and genuinely helps reduce pain in joints due to inflammation. Helps to reduce abdominal inflammation. Easy to use attached control panel. Perfect size to wrap thigh, calf, around waist or lay on abdominal area. Two of us use it at least 2 times a week. Has been very durable and the black appearance works well to appear clean.

Helps circulation, recovery and "healing" Slight warmth for aches too. Has maintained pliability, seems durable. I'd recommend and purchase again if needed.

Love this Allolo red light therapy. It is just slightly warm and I use it right after work for 1/2 hour and I think my back feels a little better. I have hip muscle tightness and lower disc degeneration and this helps take some of the stiffness and pain away. I loved it so much that after a few weeks of use that I went and bought the Allolo red light pad that covers my whole back from neck base to hips.

Works great. Helpful for warming up muscles prior to physical therapy. Liked it so much that I purchased a second one for my wife

This belt is great! The timer is super useful and the power output is crazy for the price. Keep in mind that you want to stay under the biphasic dose (4-60 J/cm² surface and 4-10 J/cm² for deep tissue). There is no specification to know the output of each of the LEDs (670 vs 850) but also it depends on the area and tissue etc. Use your best guess and try not to overdo it. Note I did get the power output from the seller since I didn't notice it in the details: Level 1: 42.6 mW/cm² Level 2: 65.4 mW/cm² Level 3: 95.8 mW/cm² Level 4: 111.7 mW/cm² (the maximum intensity) Studies do suggest that less is more for RLT so keep it reasonable and don't forget to give your body a chance to rest and repair.

Great product!!

So far great!!! I've used daily on my lower back for pain and my foot for a soar created by my dog stepping on my foot with her claw. Saw great improvement on that! The flash function is great! Highly recommend! Great product and excellent price as well!

great quality .. helps with ny knee inflammation.. after first use, 30minutes on pulsing i was good. i keep using it daily . and helps it eliminated my pain on my knee. also use it on my chest for inflammation post bronchitis, guys it does help. i find relief im oblviously in meds, but it help. i feel it. customer care answered all of my question super good quality. i recommend yes

I type all day and some days my tennis elbow just throbs and my fingers well, used it yesterday first for 30 minutes, second time for 20 minutes woke up this morning my fingers are not swollen. Why I did not buy this before is beyond me. highly recommend. I wish it was wireless is my only complaint.

It got me through my knee injury.

Broke my knee in 7 places. I used this almost every day for 3 months in rehab. I feel it really helped. On the days I didn't use it. I noticed a decline. Bought one for my brother who had a knee replacement. He said the same thing. I recommend setting to the "R & IR" mode as well as " flashing intermittent" mode and 30 mins a day. Im convinced red light therapy works & this product does too
